Experience fragrances and tastes of stories within dirt at this event. Together with residents on Shodoshima, Megijima and Takamijima islands memories of land become the basis for cuisine linked to the unique histories of each islands in Setouchi. Through one’s ears, eyes, hands, noses and more dirt becomes the focus of a three-course experience of sky, mountain and sea. The recipes, research and encounters born here will continue to sprout in new directions.
