An event to experience the stories and memories of places associated with soil using all five senses in Wakayama. The event is a collaboration between “bacilli” art collective and Chef Sarai of the French restaurant “caravansarai.” Soil from citrus farms in various areas of Tanabe City including courses of “whipped youthful spirits” and “memories of a sixth-generation stone mason” along with fruits and roots are sampled for a special event held at Aiwaso on a stunning hill top.
